BETH MCFARLANE

Beth Mcfarlane is our experienced and highly knowledgeable bookkeeper, having worked for the Steven Gerrard Academy prior to us. She is the first port of call for all of our bookkeeping requirements, and does a superb job of assisting our clients in whichever way necessary.

We caught up with Beth to find out a bit more about her.

What do you like to do outside of work?

In my spare time I enjoy socialising with family and friends. I also enjoy going to the gym whenever I can, however my daughter Delilah keeps me very busy! 

Where is your favourite place?

Mexico, as it is by far the most adventurous place I have visited.

What is your favourite food and the food you dislike the most?

My favourite food has got to be chocolate! I can’t go a day without it. I also love Indian food. My least favourite would have to be olives. 

Tell me an interesting fact about yourself

I used to play football as a kid. I played for my local team for three years.

What did you want to do when you were growing up?

I always thought I wanted to be Cabin Crew growing up. I even enrolled on a course when I left school, but soon changed my mind to accountancy. 

Tell us about your role

I work closely with the team to complete the bookkeeping for a variety of clients.

What do you like about working at JDA?

The amount of support and teamwork across the company. Everyone in the office has a certain expertise which has already expanded my knowledge. Each day is different in the office, and everyone has been so welcoming!
